Every bottle from Infinity Fragrances is crafted, matured, and sealed under precise quality control. Each product undergoes multiple stability and seal tests to ensure that what reaches you is pure, safe, and in perfect condition. Returns are rare — but in the unlikely event of an issue, our team will make it right with care and transparency.

Once refund is process it will be credited within 5-7 days in your bank account

1️⃣ Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged, leaked, or broken during transit.
The wrong item or batch was delivered.
The packaging seal was tampered or compromised before opening (verified with unboxing video).
The fragrance is spoiled or defective due to manufacturing or storage fault.
If any of these occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2️⃣ Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened, used, or tested perfumes and attars.
Discovery sets, sample kits, or promotional items.
Products purchased during Limited Edition or Red-Dot Drops.
Fragrance dislike or personal preference (since scent experience varies by person and environment).

3️⃣ How to Request a Return or Replacement
Record a short unboxing video clearly showing the parcel and issue.
Share the video along with your order number via email at 📧 support@infinityfragrances.in or on our official WhatsApp channel within 48 hours of delivery.
Our Quality Team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.

4️⃣ Resolution Options
Once the issue is verified:
✅ A replacement of the same product or batch will be sent free of cost, or
💰 A refund will be issued to your original payment method or Infinity Wallet within 7 working days.
If the same batch is unavailable, you’ll receive a replacement of equal value or a wallet credit based on your preference.

5️⃣ Return Shipping
For verified cases (damage, leakage, wrong product), Infinity Fragrances will arrange reverse pickup at no additional charge.
For all other non-qualifying reasons, returns are not accepted and shipping costs are non-refundable.

6️⃣ Our Commitment to Quality
Every fragrance is matured for depth, sealed by hand, and batch-tested for stability before dispatch. Each box carries a Quality Proof Card with batch code, seal verification, and blend maturity details. Our goal is simple — to deliver purity, patience, and perfection in every drop.
